Art in Flight Weddings
Wedding Videography by Art in Flight
Wedding days move quickly – vows, glances, speeches, family, friends, and moments you only get once. Art in Flight creates cinematic wedding films that preserve the feeling of the day without turning it into a production.
Our approach is calm, documentary-minded, and focused on the real emotion of the day: the voices, the movement, the people, and the moments you’ll want to revisit years from now.
Wedding videography packages starting at $2,950 + HST.
Sample Wedding Films
Every wedding is different, but the goal is always the same: to create a film that feels like the day actually felt.
Wedding Videography in Ottawa and Ontario
Art in Flight creates cinematic wedding films for couples in Ottawa, the Greater Toronto Area, and throughout Ontario. Whether your day is at a downtown venue, a church ceremony, a private estate, a vineyard, or a backyard celebration, the focus stays on clear storytelling, calm coverage, and films that feel true to the day.
Travel is available for weddings across Ontario and beyond. Share your date, venue, and rough timeline, and we can recommend the collection that best fits your ceremony, reception, and locations.
Wedding Film Collections
Our wedding collections are built around videography first, with clear coverage windows, defined deliverables, and optional upgrades for couples who want more complete coverage.
All pricing is subject to HST. Dates are reserved once a signed agreement and retainer are received.
Essentials Film

During the ceremony, I film with the main camera while a second camera stays on a tripod. This gives us a steady backup angle for key moments like vows, rings, and the walk down the aisle. Because the second camera stays in one place, its view can be affected by guests, venue restrictions, officiants, or people stepping into the aisle.

Ask About a DateOptional Add-ons
Need more coverage or a more complete final film? These options can be added depending on the wedding timeline and availability.
Second Ceremony Camera Upgrade
Adds a second camera on a tripod during the ceremony. This gives us a steady backup angle for important moments like the vows, rings, and walk down the aisle. It is especially helpful for church ceremonies, long aisles, restricted movement, or ceremonies where I may need to reposition. Because the camera stays in one place, its view may be affected by guests, venue restrictions, officiants, or people stepping into the aisle.
Extended Documentary Film
A longer, lightly cinematic film that includes more of the day in chronological order – prep, ceremony moments, portraits, reception, speeches, and formal dances. This is not raw footage and not a full-day continuous recording.
Raw Footage Archive
A copy of the usable raw clips from the wedding day, delivered as-is. Raw footage is not colour graded, audio mixed, or edited.
What These Films Include
Highlight Film
A cinematic short film set to licensed music, using the strongest visuals, natural audio, vows, speeches, and candid moments from the day. This is the emotional, shareable wedding film.
Ceremony Film
A chronological edit of the ceremony, generally beginning with the processional and ending with the recessional. Audio is cleaned up where possible, and the film is edited using the camera angles included in your package.
Speech Film
A separate chronological edit of the planned reception speeches and toasts captured during your coverage window. This is not a full reception documentary; it is a clean record of the speeches using the available camera angles and captured audio.
Social Teaser
A short, approximately 1-minute film designed for sharing online. Included in Signature and Complete packages.
Photography Available by Request
Art in Flight is video-first, but photography can be coordinated for couples who prefer one creative team managing both photo and video. Photography is quoted separately after we confirm your date, timeline, coverage needs, preferred style, and photographer availability.
You are also welcome to book your own photographer – we’re happy to coordinate with them on the day.
